You are entitled to request for a refund in the following cases:

1) if there has been an incorrect payment transaction;

2) if you have made a prepayment and you prove that there have been Publisher’s fraudulent activities;

3) if it appears that you have spent for the services less than you have prepaid and the unused account balance is at least EUR 50, you are entitled to request a refund. 

After finalizing all not invoiced spending, your unused account balance will be refunded to you, minus an administrative fee of 15% to cover our costs and fees related with the management of giving a refund.

Your refund will be created back to the same payment method and same payment account that you used to make your last payment. You will be requested to fill in a refund form, sign and send it back to us.
